Children’s Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide leadership and oversight for all children’s ministry activities on Sundays and Wednesdays, including Sunday School, Children’s Church, and Wednesday Night Programming. (Up to 29 hours per week)

Recruit, equip, and encourage volunteers who serve in children’s ministry.

Ensure that all environments are safe, welcoming, and age-appropriate.

Collaborate with church leadership and staff to align children’s ministry with the mission and vision of North Oxford Baptist Church.

Attend and participate in the church’s weekly staff meetings.
Qualifications
-
A growing and mature personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

A love for children and a passion for discipleship.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to work with and lead volunteers.

Prior ministry experience is a plus but not required.
